Video: Obama optimistic budget, debt ceiling deal will be resolved
The White House remains opposed to House Republican efforts to change the president's health care law and limit the Treasury Department's ability to avoid default. President Obama acknowledged a faction of Republicans will remain unwilling to compromise but said he thinks a resolution will be reached. Major Garrett reports.
