Video: Residents run from river of flames in Calif.
A tanker truck carrying 8,000 gallons of oil ignited when it hit the barrier of a freeway bridge Sunday near Los Angeles. The explosion sent a river of flames into a neighborhood. KCBS-TV's Greg Mills reports.
