Video: Germany, France want U.S. to agree to no-spying deal
After a leak revealed the U.S. had been spying on German Chancellor Angela Merkel's cell phone, as well as tens of thousands of French phone records, Germany and France want the U.S. to sign a no-spying deal. Kelly Cobiella reports.
