Video: Man who toppled ancient rock formation could face felony charges
Glenn Taylor, the man who toppled a nearly 200 million-year-old rock formation in Utah, may face felony charges. Taylor and his friend David Hall claim the rock was destined to fall and cause injury. Chris Jones of CBS News affiliate KUTV reports.
